Where do you deliver your meals to?

We deliver our meals Australia wide. We are based on the Gold Coast in QLD so deliver to Queensland postcodes several times a week. If you are based in another state, we run two shipments a week, we will confirm your delivery date when we receive your order on our next available delivery run.  

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to 99% of Australia - if you are unsure if we cover your area, or live somewhere that it is sometimes difficult to get deliveries too, we may have a challenge getting things to you! Send us a message and we can double check for you.

How long will it take to get my order? 

Our weekly order cut off is Monday 10pm. We then process the orders on Tuesday, order the fresh produce, collect it and our team then hand makes the meals. When we process the orders on Tuesday, we will email you your expected delivery date and any additional delivery information. When we complete making the meals, we then take them to our fresh and frozen meal delivery partner who will package them up safely and schedule them for delivery. They will provide us with tracking information which we will then share with you. 

Do you deliver Fresh or Frozen meals?

It is a combination, and you can select based on your preferences. Frozen meals are marked as Frozen, and each week's fresh meals change regularly and can be found in the weekly fresh meals section of the site. Fresh and Frozen meals are shipped separately so may not arrive at the same time.

When is the cut off for orders?

We close the orders on Monday nights so that we can work with our fresh food producers to ensure we get the best quality ingredients as fresh as possible. 

Do you have smaller meals for those with a smaller appetite?

Yes! We have just launched our Petite meal range which averages out at about 250-280g per serve. Perfect for a light meal or for anyone who prefers smaller serves.

Do you have larger meals for people who would like a larger serve?

Yes, we do! We have our Prime meal sizes which average out between 400-450g each and can easily be split into two smaller meals or enjoyed as one serve.

Do you have meal packs?

Yes, we do - we have options in both our Petite and Prime meal sizes for 5 meal or 10 meal packs. We will customize it each week for you based on what is in season, fresh and what our grocer or butcher recommend as best in season at the time.

What is the difference between a meal pack and a mix and match meal bundle?

The meal packs are prepacked by us based on what meals we are making each week. If you would prefer to pick out of our regular range that does not change very often, you can create your own bundle and mix and match each week what meals you would like.

Can I subscribe to weekly meals?

Yes, you can! Our meal packs come in a subscription model so you can set and forget - and just look forward to our meals arriving each week, fortnight or month.

You can also add individual products to a subscription and schedule how regularly you would like to receive them.

Can I cancel my subscription?

At any time! No contracts or fees.

How much to the meals cost?

It does vary slightly based on the costs of the ingredients, but we try to keep the average price of the Petite meals around $9-$10 and the Prime meals around $13-$15.

Do you cater to special dietary needs such as Diabetes, gluten free or Keto?

Absolutely! Many of our meals have the ability to select not just the size but the sides you would like to allow you to make the meal Gluten Free, Keto or Vegan. Just have a look in our collections for these and any that are that requirement or have an option available to be served that way can be found easily.

Are you Home Care Plan/NDIS approved?

Yes, we are! We provide meals to people who have NDIS or Home Care Plans (HCP). If you are on a Self-Managed plan, when you make an order, you will be issued with an NDIS or HCP compliant invoice. If you are Plan-Managed, you will pay 30% of the cost. We then liaise with your Plan Manager to recover the balance.

I have a home care package/NDIS plan manager - how do I get set up in your system?

If you have an approved package that covers meals, please complete the following two steps and we will set you up so you access these rebated meals.

Do you have a commercial Kitchen?

Yes, we do. We work out of a commercial space in Ormeau where we are regularly audited by Gold Coast City Council to ensure we are meeting all food safety guidelines.

Do you have a food license?

Yes, we do - it is displayed in the kitchen as required and copies can be provided upon request.

Do your staff have food handling certificates?

Yes, we require all of our staff in the kitchen to hold a current food safety handling certificate.

You say your meals are home style meals, but you are cooking in a commercial kitchen, how are they home style? 

Each meal is based on a recipe that our families know and love. We have tweaked these recipes many times over the years to ensure they are delicious, healthy and meals that we believe you will love.
